The Board which changed my life...
The Librarians who ornamented my pages a life...
The Teachers, who motivated me to be at my best...
The Juniors, who are ever so adorable, ever so lovable...
The Atmosphere, which noone else can give, noone can buy...
The Bond, which is forever unbreakable...
The Love...

I entered the journey as a naive, dumb dumb boy.
At first, I was always busy working, just working.
I missed out the atmosphere, the bond, the fun!
Then, it comes to my realisation that hey! There is more in The Board! Not only work!

For 5 years,
I enriched every day of my life, circling the board every now and then.
It rendered me with the best sense of satisfaction!
The best bond with others!
The best challenges!
The best jubilations!

From a person whom others have always hated,
I trained myself to be matured, to be sensible.
Every event was a chance, a chance which i seized ever so tightly!
To move the board forward,
To move myself forward,
To move every one, a step forward.

Who will expect me, Aunchian Yeoh,
To stand in the first line, leading the board,
moving through up and down?

Who will expect me, Aunchian Yeoh,
To be an icon of the board?

Never did I expect those...

When I retired in June..
I knew I wouldn't be able to just let it go, let it all go.
The bond just couldn't fade that easily...
But luckily life was busy enough, to let me come out of the box little by little...
little by little...

Every time I conduct a meeting,
I hope, every one will seize the opportunity to gain something...


Every time I witness ourselves working in a team,
I hope, we can always be in the same team.
A team, which every one is ready to contribute,
a team, which every one works hard towards the same goal.


Every time I have to instruct sternly and fiercely,
I hope, there is a better way to tell you,
a better way to let you understand.
and I pray, you won't hate me, but you will realise what's wrong.

Every time I see you crying after being scolded,
I pray, you won't hate me, but you will learn.

Every time you compliment me,
it instantly recharges me.
I don't need recognition from any VIP, any big shots,
but from you!
Who I work with.

If someone ever asks me,
What is in The Board?

I will say, everything!
You got to feel it,
with your own senses, your own heart!

What is the best decision you have made in life?

Inevitably,
I will answer.
'To hold the pen, and register myself to join The Board'

Was the farewell dinner organised by the bunch of juniors.
In Palace of The Golden Horses.
A venue which witnessed our separation.

Yes, there were errors here and there in the dinner.
But surprisingly,
a critic like me did not give a damn to any of them...

What I saw was not errors,
but their unbeatable effort!
Their many trials!
Which I, appreciate them with the greatest sincerity.

I did not cry much that night, because I was ready for it I suppose??

Miss Ma,
I know you are leaving us.
But please leave us for a better life!
A life of yours!
We always always pray for you, for new experience in Malacca.

Without you,
I wouldn't be the Aunchian Yeoh I am today!
I probably am only a little naive dumb dumb boy,
without any achievement,
without any jubilations.

To me, the proverb never ever should end there, and affect lives of many.
It should be, 男子汉大丈夫，流血不流泪！但，只流血的，不想做人，不流血的，不是人！
haha, and that was well responded by others.

I will never ever try to forget all the memories I have.
All the precious moments I have spent!

I will always remember every single one of it!
